What is this book about?

Harry Donner didn’t like the smell of it. A revolution was blowing up in the Caribbean, and it was his job to scuttle it. All he had to do was…stop a load of ammo moving to its rendezvous off Haiti’s shark-infested reefs; calm his ex-wife, whose chief interest was the quick death of her ex-husband; and avoid a Haitian firing squad, anxious for Donner to take up permanent residence under Haiti’s warm and blood-soaked soil.
